GENERON® IGS is the world leader in air separation membrane technology for on-site generation of gaseous nitrogen. Our modular systems produce inert nitrogen from a compressed air source; in the quantity you need, at low cost. Nitrogen of purities from 90% to 99.9% can currently be produced, and Generon is working with new membrane technology that will remove any limits on purity.

GENERON® Nitrogen Membrane Modules are incorporated in complete nitrogen generator systems carefully designed to assure many years of reliable, trouble free service with purities up to 99.9% or better, and flows of up to millions of cubic feet per day.

The GENERON® Membrane System is designed for simple and automated operation. PLC controls and Graphical Interface Terminals are standard product offerings. Product purity is automatically monitored and controlled.

The GENERON® control system continually and rapidly controls purity, and monitors all major system parameters. All information is conveniently displayed on a master display panel, indicating all parameter levels and alerting the operator to system alarms and shutdown options. Process control is provided by a PLC, and is easily modified in the field to customer specific requirements.

The estimated cost savings of the Generon systems is the requirement of approximately 15 to 18% less primary air consumption vs. our competitors. This will save compression power and over time will result in substantial cost savings.
