Products Nitrogen Liquefiers - Generon®

Generon IGS Nitrogen Liquefiers are designed to liquefy Nitrogen Gas produced from either Generon IGS’s Nitrogen Membrane Generators or Pressure Swing Absorption Nitrogen Generators. The systems are designed for heavy duty applications in remote regions.

The systems are available with the following options:

Integrated controls so all operating equipment can be easily operated and monitored
Purities to 99% utilizing Generon IGS High Efficiency Nitrogen Membrane Generators
Purities to 99.995% utilizing Generon IGS’ PSA Nitrogen Generators
System capacities to 4,000 gallons / 13 tons of Nitrogen per day
Feed Air Compressors and Recycle Compressors by CompAir, Sullair, Atlas Copco or Kaeser
Compressor drivers are electric or optionally diesel
Engine Drivers options are Caterpillar, Detroit, or Cummins
On Diesel systems no external utilities required
All systems utilize Generon IGS high efficiency Membrane Modules or proprietary PSA process to produce the Nitrogen Gas
The system is packaged in Generon IGS ISO 9001:2000 Certified Shop

Additionally, custom designed systems are available to larger capacities.
