SF6 Recovery System

GENERON has manufactured and shipped a Sulfur Hexafluoride (SF6) purification system, as contracted by FluoroMed. The system consists of GENERON® Membranes in multiple stages, which purify SF6 from gas. The system has been packaged with a compressor and a refrigerated dryer in a cabinet. The system is designed to handle 34 SCFH of feed gas flow mixture and provide 99.9% pure SF6 gas.
The entire package was designed by GENERON to meet customer specifications, which included all systems being compliant for non-hazardous area installation.
